In need of a five-star kitchen update and a refreshed exterior, the owners of The Applewood Manor, a boutique bed and breakfast in Montford, reached out to The Hands of Sean Perry Co. to turn their wishlist into a reality. First, the team got to work inside the home-turned-business, constructing a custom-designed dream kitchen for any chef or baker — complete with soapstone countertops and a custom copper range hood. Next, they restored multiple porch spaces to their original intent and glory, creating picture-perfect outdoor nooks fit for relaxing (or vacation-bragging on social media). The next phase of upgrades will include renovations of four bathrooms and drastic improvements to the accessory dwelling unit.
