Having recently entered a semi-retired lifestyle, these Biltmore Lake homeowners were ready for a new chapter atop their scenic mountain ridge, which offers sweeping views of Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville. From the start, the couple knew to place their trust in The Hands of Sean Perry for a renovation project that paired comfort with quality craftsmanship.
To bring light, flow and function to the main living spaces, the walls of the dining room came down, opening more of the home to its extraordinary views and creating a bright, seamless space for cooking and gathering. New Forest Millwork cabinetry, elegant stone countertops from Viktors Granite and Marble and thoughtfully selected tile from Crossville Studios transformed the kitchen into a warm and welcoming hub.
Elsewhere in the home, our team replaced aging flooring with beautiful new surfaces by Rodriguez Flooring and upgraded lighting throughout. Additional special touches included a custom-crafted fireplace cabinet and a bay window bench with a view of the valley below — both designed and built in-house by The Hands of Sean Perry. The result is a cozy and inviting retreat that lives in harmony with the home’s breathtaking surroundings.
