We listen some more. Our design team meets with you to explore the scope of the project and provides a reasonable estimate to accomplish your design goals.

Working hand-in-hand with our design team or your architect, the building plans are developed and we schedule a presentation for your review. This includes the selection of fixtures, finishes, and materials that will keep the project within budget and meet your design preferences.

The trade parade. We bring together a team consisting of key employees and subcontractors to review the plans and site conditions in order to prepare a detailed budget. We make a careful effort to provide you with a budget that takes into consideration potential challenges common in remodeling and additions. This step is what gives our company one of the best ratios of budget to finished cost in the industry.

We schedule the start date based on when our team is available to work on your project consistently from start to finish. We complete our projects quickly and seamlessly. The Hands of Sean Perry Co. oversees all aspects of the project, from permitting to finished product, and keeps you informed every step of the way. We offer creative solutions to any challenges that may arise. We see to it that the construction site is sealed off from the rest of the living space, kept clean, and we do our best to minimize disturbances to you, your family, and your neighbors.
