Abby Underwood

When Abby was in elementary school, she loved organizing her school folders and supplies and making sure her bedroom was nice and neat. As an adult, this tendency has manifested itself in managing and organizing offices, which she’s been doing since graduating with an English degree from the University of Tennessee. She recently earned her master’s degree in library and information studies from the University of North Carolina.

Abby’s passionate about taking care of the small details so that the larger visions and goals of an organization can be carried out smoothly and efficiently. She especially loves performing this work with the “Hands” because they are all extremely talented, care deeply about their work, and are great people to be around. She knows that her work helps create a product that clients are going to enjoy for many years to come.

When Abby’s off work, she’s usually out for a run, in a classroom learning something new, reading, cooking, or spending time with her husband, Chad, and two cats, Marx and Boo.
